1. About SongLux
SongLux is an online service operated by SongLux that allows users to submit creative instructions and receive AI-generated music, lyrics-related outputs, artwork and private sharing tools.

2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract. A minor may use SongLux only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts responsibility for the account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your password, email account and authenticator device secure.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
- SongLux may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, investigate abuse or comply with law.
3. Credits and payment
Credits are a limited licence to request eligible SongLux generation services. They are not money, cannot be transferred between users and have no cash value except where a refund is legally required.
- Prices, credit quantities and currency are shown before Stripe Checkout begins.
- Credits are added only after SongLux verifies a successful payment.
- A generation reserves the displayed number of credits. Where a request cannot be submitted or a qualifying technical failure occurs, SongLux returns the reserved credits automatically.
- Refunds, chargebacks or payment disputes may cause related credits to be removed. If those credits have already been used, the account may show a credit debt or be restricted until the balance is resolved.
4. Digital content and service quality
AI generation is probabilistic. Two requests using the same instructions may produce different results. SongLux does not promise that a result will match every artistic preference, but it will provide the functionality and digital content with reasonable care and skill and will honour rights that apply to faulty digital content or services under consumer law.
Where a technical fault prevents delivery, the appropriate remedy may include retrying the generation, replacing the result, restoring credits, correcting the service or providing another remedy required by law.
5. Your prompts and uploaded information
You keep any rights you already have in original material you submit. You give SongLux and its service providers the limited permission needed to process that material, generate the requested output, secure it in your account, provide downloads and operate a reveal link you choose to enable.
You must not submit material that:
- infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- contains personal information you are not authorised to use;
- is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, exploitative or intended to facilitate harm;
- impersonates a real person deceptively or requests an unauthorised voice or identity clone;
- attempts to bypass security, usage limits or provider safeguards.
6. Generated output and intellectual property
Subject to payment, these terms and any restrictions imposed by an underlying provider, SongLux permits you to use the delivered output for personal and lawful commercial purposes. AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every country, and similar output may be generated for another user. SongLux does not guarantee exclusivity or legal registrability.
You are responsible for reviewing an output before publishing or commercially exploiting it, including checking names, lyrics, references, samples, likenesses and potential third-party rights.

7. Private media and reveal links
Generated media is stored privately by default. A reveal link becomes accessible to anyone who receives the link while it is enabled. You are responsible for choosing the recipient and information shown. You can disable or rotate the link from the project page.
8. Availability and changes
SongLux may update models, credit costs, limits, providers and features. Reasonable steps will be taken to avoid unfairly removing paid value. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, provider outages, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable control.
9. Acceptable use and enforcement
SongLux may reject a prompt, pause generation, remove unlawful content, limit an account or terminate access where reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, users will be told the reason and given a way to contact support. Serious abuse, fraud or legal risk may require immediate action.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections. Subject to those rights, SongLux is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, losses caused by unlawful user content, or business losses where the service was purchased as a consumer.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using SongLux at any time and permanently delete your account from Account → Data and privacy. Some billing, dispute, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where necessary. SongLux may end an account for material or repeated breach, subject to applicable law and any required refund or remedy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the SongLux legal operator and customer relationship. Consumers retain the benefit of mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable consumer law. The final public launch version must identify the operator’s legal name, registered or business address and governing jurisdiction.
